Rebecca Milner joined the CScout team in 2007 as a specialist in fashion, beauty, design, and culture, having worked previously as a researcher for trend analysis agencies. She has a degree from Stanford University in Comparative Literature and has been a Tokyo resident since 2002. Rebecca is also a journalist writing for local and international publications and websites.
