It’s not Wine Hajimekata, but it kinda gives the same feeling (sans game).
The eponymous movie from the classic anime series Space Battleship Yamato (宇宙戦艦ヤマト, Uchū Senkan Yamato) is having its 30th anniversary this year, and can now be celebrated with a limited edition bottle of wine named after the principle villain Deslar.

Branded by Bandai as “Deslar Wine”, the bottle, wine glass, and gold medal all feature images reminiscent of the movie (which, by the way, out-grossed Star Wars in the Japanese theaters). The wine bottle is even dated “D.E. 103″, marking the bottling date in Deslar time.
Bottles can be reserved from December 20th to February 20th, and the set goes for a pricey ¥13,650 ($120). The wine itself is from the Japanese winery Lumiere.

This just makes me sad living in the U.K. The Japanese put everything into making something special, from limited additions of anime (i.e. this wine) to video games in general. Whereas the Americans and Europeans are given the basic versions of these limited addition things. i_i
Alas.
Hmmm…some “vintage” Star Blazers, eh?
Perhaps -to go with it – a bit of White Comet Monterey, a slice or two of E.D.F. 3-year-old Nippy…!
